CANCELLATION POLICY/REFUNDS POLICY
- 10% cancellation fee applies should there be a cancellation 42 days or more prior to departure or date of any service booked
- 50% cancellation fee applies should there be a cancellation 41-31 days prior to departure or date of any service booked
- 100% cancellation fee applies should there be a cancellation 30-0 days prior to departure or date of any service booked
- Bookings are made subject to availability and receipt of payment. In cases of unavailability, WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days.
WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard or via direct electronic funds transfer via the website
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

In issuing tickets, coupons or vouchers of any sort for travel, transport or any other services by any means WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd is acting merely as agents for the Administrations, Companies, Corporations or persons providing or offering the means of travel, transport or services. It will accordingly accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or irregularity however occasional, sustained or suffered in or during any passage, journey, trip or in connection with the carrying out of any arrangements made by or through it.
WorldSport South Africa (Pty) Ltd and any of our suppliers and/or sub-contractors shall not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the passengers or for personal injury or death arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including by, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, war, acts of God, industrial disputes, civil strife, fire, flood, weather and political unrest.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Acceptance by the customer will be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions described herein.
The prices are valid for periods as specified and are subject to the availability of service at the time of effecting booking.
